We will source, purchase, and deliver all materials to the job site except on those occasions when a client has pre-purchased materials.
When material availability is known, we will schedule the project on the calendar.
When the project begins, we will take precautionary steps to protect your home and property. This process will consist of covering floors with paper, tarps or masonite as needed, installing dust barriers when needed and masking as necessary.
We will set up a workshop in your driveway or other designated space. Any power tools used indoors will be connected to an appropriate HEPA dust extractor.
We only use the highest quality paints that can produce spray results with brushes and rollers. Any necessary spray painting will be done outside in designated areas.
We require an initial deposit equal to 10% of the estimated job cost or $1,000, whichever is the lesser. Weekly progress payments are due on projects lasting more than a week. Final payment is due when the project is complete.
